Our Principal, Mrs. B. Gayathri Rao recently conducted a Professional Development Program for the facilitators. The session was insightful, interactive, and encouraged meaningful reflection. Some key takeaways included recapitulating the 3Hs and 5Ss of Shraddha Training, learning through experiential engagement with the five senses, reflecting on the impact of gossip and recognising the importance of professional communication and mindful speech. The session reinforced the importance of better communication, stronger relationships and a positive work environment.
