As part of their World Environment Day activities, the students of Grade III explored the amazing journey of turning everyday kitchen waste into something useful through the activity "From Peel to Power – Making a Natural Cleaner." The young learners discovered how simple orange and lemon peels can be transformed into an eco-friendly natural cleaner. Through this hands-on activity, students learned the importance of reducing waste, reusing natural resources and choosing sustainable alternatives that are safe for both our homes and the environment. The activity is aligned with SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production and SDG 13 – Climate Action. Together, our students are learning to care for the Earth—one peel at a time! b
