From exploring world-class sports facilities to learning about the discipline, dedication and hard work that shape champions, every moment at SAI was a lesson beyond the classroom. Sports Authority of India

The students of Grade III and new admissions of Grades IV to VII enthusiastically participated in The Art of Living Utkarsha Yoga Program, a joyful journey of self-discovery, confidence and holistic growth. Through interactive activities, games, yoga, kriya and valuable life lessons, the students explored the importance of kindness, teamwork and emotional well-being. A wonderful beginning to a year of learning with happy minds and joyful hearts.

Grades IV to VII enthusiastically participated in The Art of Living Utkarsha Yoga Program

The students of Grade VIII and the new admissions of Grades IX to XII participated in the Art of Living Medha Yoga Program, an enriching experience designed to enhance focus, resilience and emotional well-being. Through yoga, Sudarshan Kriya, meditation and engaging sessions, students discovered practical tools to manage stress, improve concentration and cultivate confidence as well as inner strength.

 Grades IX to XII participated in the Art of Living Medha Yoga Program

We had an enriching session by Mr. Prateek, Co-founder of Go Sharpener, where our teachers participated enthusiastically and gained valuable insights into the #sustainabledevelopmentgoals2030 (SDGs). The session highlighted the importance of nurturing awareness, responsibility, and global values in students to help achieve the SDGs before 2030.
Together, we are empowering educators and shaping young minds to become responsible global citizens for a sustainable future.

Enriching session by Mr. Prateek, Co-founder of Go Sharpener

Students of Grades VIII to X participated in an enriching Electricity and Magnetism Workshop at the Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum (@vismuseum.blr) on 28th June. Through hands-on activities, they explored the concepts of static electricity, electromagnetism and electromagnetic induction. Students built four working models: Electric Repulsion, demonstrating the triboelectric effect; a Toy Motor, showing the conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy; an Electric Bell, illustrating the use of an electromagnet; and an Electromagnetic Generator, where moving a magnet through a copper coil generated electricity to light an LED. The visit to the museum's Electric Gallery further enhanced their understanding of electrical inventions and applications. The workshop provided an exciting opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-life scientific principles, fostering curiosity, teamwork and a deeper appreciation for science through practical experimentation.

Grades VIII to X participated in an enriching Electricity and Magnetism Workshop at the Visvesvaraya Industrial 

Kargil Vijay Diwas, observed on July 26th, commemorates India's victory in the Kargil War of 1999, honouring the bravery and sacrifice of the Indian armed forces.
Here is a throw back to last year when SSRVM Bangalore South was privileged to host war veterans, who had fought in the Kargil War, and other army personnel from the three branches of the Indian Armed Forces. Their first-hand experiences gave a glimpse into the life of an army personnel and their stories of valour, resilience, and selflessness ignited a spark in the hearts of the young students. The wonderful career guidance session most certainly inspired them to consider a career in the army, a path that demands dedication, discipline and devotion to the nation.

Kargil Vijay Diwas

The students of Yukti House presented an assembly to mark the 'International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking'. The programme included prayer, news, pledge, thought for the day, speech, and an informative quiz based on the theme. The students performed confidently and spread a strong message about living a healthy and drug-free life. The assembly was meaningful, well-presented and appreciated by all.
